Purpose
Support, create and maintain spiritual, emotional and physical health among rostered and synodically identified and authorized leaders.

• Regularly scheduled face-to-face meetings, preferably monthly.

• Annual face-to-face training/sharing meeting for facilitators.

• Identifying and welcoming prospective new members.

• Continue to have annual face-to-face training/sharing meetings.
