Conferences for Cooperative Ministry

The Northeastern Iowa Synod is pleased to award each of the eleven Conferences for Cooperative Ministry a grant of $2,950.00 paid in three payments of $37.5%, 37.5% and 25% (if synod funds allow).  The intention of this grant is that it be used as funding or “seed money” for ministry conducted by congregations in the conference working in cooperation with each other.

In accordance with Chapter Twelve of the Constitution, Bylaws and Continuing Resolutions of the Synod these funds are to be used for cooperative ministries.

Examples of cooperative ministries and how conference funds could be expended to finance them are provided below, not as mandates, but only as suggestions.
