What does the Lutheran Youth Organization Leadership Team do?
(excerpts from the constitution)

  • Be the primary liaison for youth with the expressions of the ELCA

  • Organize Events for High School and Middle school youth

  • Advocate for inclusive youth ministry

  • Research and develop resources for youth ministry

  • Assist congregations and conferences in visioning and needs assessment

  • Coordinate a calendar of youth events held throughout the synod

  • Oversee a synodical Youth Ministry newsletter
